How do I book an appointment?

You may book your own appointment by calling us at 807-626-8184, you can book online or you may be directly referred by your family doctor, specialist or insurance company and we will contact you.

Is a doctor referral required?

No, a doctor’s referral is not required for physiotherapy. Some extended health plans and private insurers may require a referral, please check with your extended health plan.

For WSIB and Motor Vehicle Accidents referrals are not required.


How long are physiotherapy appointments?

Your initial physiotherapy assessment will be anywhere from 40 to 60+ minutes. Treatment times will vary depending on your diagnosis, stage of healing, and rehabilitation requirements.


What do I need to bring with me? How should I dress?

We ask our patients to wear clothing appropriate to the type and area of injury. Shorts and a t-shirt or tank top is usually adequate.

Please bring any test reports(x-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound etc) or other medical documentation that will be helpful in your treatment planning. Please bring extended health policy and ID number.

If your condition is work related or an automobile accident, we require your case manager’s name and contact information, your claim number, and extended health benefits information.

Does your clinic direct Bill?

Yes, direct billing is available for the following insurance companies.

  • OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan)
  • RTO (Retired Teachers of Ontario)
  • SSQ
  • Sunlife (Cannot direct bill Federal Government)

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  1. Your extended benefits card with policy number and member ID
  2. Doctor’s referral, if required by your policy
